Vegan Charcuterie Board.
This is a list of my favorite vegan meats & cheeses and what I decided to put on my board, but make this your own! There’s literally a substitute for every type of meat and cheese out there, ask me if you’re looking for something specific!
My Charcuterie Board (as pictured):
Meats
Vegan Pepperoni
So I got both of these meats from a local store and now I can’t remember the brand BUT Yves and Lightlife both have amazing pepperoni substitutes
Vegan Pastrami
Cheeses
Whole Foods sliced gouda
This is my favoriteeee vegan cheese, I was a sucker for gouda cheese before I became vegan and this is such an amazing substitute - HIGHLY reccomend
Miyoko’s Cheers to Cheddah spread
Miyoko’s Fresh Mozzarella
As you can see, I love Miyoko’s (their butter is to DIE for)
This is amazing on top of a pizza
Breads
Kroger vegan sourdough bread
Cheesecake factory famous brown bread
Extras
Olives
Raspberries
Grapes
Almonds
Other Meats & Cheeses:
Meats
Field Roast
This brand has a lot of different types of vegan meats but if you’re looking specifically for a charcuterie board their deli slices are pretty bomb
Lightlife
I am a sucker for their hot dogs, but for deli slices, the white bean & kale is the best
BeHive
If you live in Nashville, you’re in luck! This is an amazing local vegan meat & cheese store - if you’re not local they do sell their products in other states, HIGHLY recommend
Cheeses
Treeline Nut Cheese
The herb & garlic spread is phenomenal
Follow Your Heart
Follow your heart has so many amazing cheeses and so many different types - you really can’t go wrong
Kite Hill
This is another brand you really can’t go wrong with, they have so many different types of cheeses (including ricotta which is so great and is amazing on pizza)
Extras (obviously a lot of these are inherently vegan but these are things I would’ve added to my board if I wasn’t forbidden from going grocery shopping thanks to COVID quarantine)
Celery
Bell Peppers
Hummus
Crackers
Carrots
Macadamia Nuts
Pecans
Cherry Tomatoes
