Chocolate Overnight Oats.
Ingredients:
½ cup rolled oats
½ tablespoon cacao powder
½-1 tablespoon agave or maple syrup
1 tablespoon chia seeds
½-1 cup non-dairy milk (I use almond)
Favorite toppings
Fruit - berries, bananas
Nuts - almonds, walnuts
coconut flakes
Recipe:
This a super super easy recipe! Grab a bowl or jar and put in your oats, cacao powder, and chia seeds.
Mix everything together and then add in your milk and sweetener of choice (I have a new date syrup I’m in love with).
If you like your oats more liquidy - you can use up to 1 cup of non-dairy milk. I typically use ¾ cup of milk for my perfect consistency. Combine everything together and place in the fridge overnight.
In the morning, add in your favorite toppings and enjoy!
