Coconut Pho.
This recipe was a total accident. I started out making pho, hated the taste, so naturally, I started adding ingredients from a coconut ramen recipe. Hence: coconut pho. This is the perfect, healthy, low-carb dish to satisfy your hot-pot/pho/ramen cravings, and it’s a low prep, easy recipe. I paired this with spring rolls, recipe below!
Orange Tofu.
A play on everyone’s favorite dish, orange chicken! This looks just as good as it tastes, and it’s surprisingly very easy. This was another recipe that had my family licking their bowls at the end, so try it out and enjoy Panda Express right in your kitchen!
Pineapple Green Curry.
As you can see from my page, I LOVE noodle bowls. This recipe is based off one of my all-time favorite dishes from Noodles & Company - green curry noodle bowl. The best part about this recipe is that you can customize it with your favorite veggies and eat with rice or noodles. And, who doesn’t love a good pineapple curry, YUM!
Spicy Kimchi Spring Rolls.
All you need is six simple ingredients for this delicious recipe! Grab your rice paper wrappers, kimchi, and veggies and you’re ready to go! Pair with some delicious pad thai, noodles, or lettuce wraps for a delicious restaurant-style meal.

I LOVE DUMPLINGS. Truly truly love dumplings so you can understand how excited I was to make these. If you’ve tried read my other blog posts, you know I love to say “it tastes just as good as it looks”, BUT since my dumplings were a little ugly, these taste BETTER than they look.

Sesame Shirataki Noodles.
If you’re looking for a light and healthy lunch/dinner, this is the perfect and easy, go-to recipe! Also, if you’re using shirataki noodles this recipe is almost no carbs and super low calorie. Make sure that you get enough of your carbs in other meals throughout the day! But otherwise, enjoy!
Sushi.
I don’t know why sushi is so expensive when it is SO easy to make at home. This recipe includes an avocado, cream cheese roll, and an air-fried sweet potato tempura roll. These rolls include my favorite toppings, but the great part is, once you have your basics down, you can add your favorite ingredients into any roll and make it your own!

Whether you’re looking for some restaurant-style fresh rolls or your classic deep-fried rolls, I’ve got just the thing for you. This recipe includes fresh spring rolls with a peanut sauce and air-fried spring rolls with a teriyaki sauce. The prep-time on this is a little longer because the wrappers are a little tricky to work with, but I promise you these taste amazing!
